  • What is a starting price?
    A starting price is the base price of the cake or dessert you are wanting without any other added customization.
  • How much do you charge for your cakes?
    Prices vary depending on size and complexity of the design. You can submit a form and receive a free quote.
  • How far in advance should I place my order?
    We ask that you give us at least 3 weeks notice for cakes but if you have a short notice order, ask us, and we'll try to make it happen for you! If the order is placed within the 3 weeks then your order will be subject to a $50 dollar rush fee
  • Can I pick up my order?
    Yes! When an order is being picked up, you will be given a two hour pick-up time window. Your cake or desserts must be picked up within the time window.
  • How do I order?
    If you are in need of a custom cake, you will need to submit a form to receive a free quote. However, if you are in need to table treats, then you can add them to your cart and checkout.
  • Is a deposit required when placing an order?
    A 50% non-refundable deposit is required for all custom cakes.
  • What methods of payment do you accept?
    Payment is accepted through Cash App, Apple Pay, Venmo, and Zelle
  • When is the balance due?
    When placing an order, there is a 50% non-refundable deposit required for all orders. The remaining balance is due the day of pickup. Orders/Deposits placed 21 days before the established day will be considered rush orders and subject to a $50 rush fee.
  • Where is the best place to put my cake when transporting it?
    When transporting your cake, place flat in your car, ideally in an empty boot or footwell. Put the air conditioner on and do not leave in the car unnecessarily for the cake can melt.
  • How do I properly pick up my cake?
    When lifting your cake, lift from the bottom. Do not hold cake from the sides for the box may dent the cake.
  • How do I properly store my cake?
    Store your cake in the fridge so it stays set and doesn't melt. Put cake in a cool dry place away from direct sunlight for up to an hour before serving.
  • When should I cut my cake?
    Take the cake out of the fridge 1-2 hours before serving and serve at room temperature
